Issue Running Virtualbox on Windows 7Pro

I'm not super technical so please bear with me. I've been running Virtualbox on my Windows 7Pro machine for years with no issues. A few days ago I started seeing a "Guru Meditation" error every morning and have to restart my computer to clear the problem and Virtualbox runs fine for the rest of the day. This only seems to be happening at night when no one is using the computer. Can anyone see anything in the attached files that would indicate the cause?

Check your 3rd-party antivirus for a newly-enabled 'hardware virtualization' setting, and disable it.
