For some reason suddenly I can't run any VM on my computer. It worked great but without any obvious reason now I can't run any of my VMs or even run a live CD.

I get critical error message box containing path to folder with logs or
VT-x setup failed: VERR_VMX_VMXON_FAILED (VERR_VMX_VMXON_FAILED) error
E_FAIL (0x80004005)

I updated vbox, disabled and re-enabled virtualization in BIOS and neither of these helped.
Logs in attachments.

I have windows 7 so hyper-v isn't enabled.

Check your 3rd-party antivirus for a newly-enabled 'hardware virtualization' setting, and disable it.
