Unable to start Windows 7

Hello All
I'm new to the group and I'm hoping that someone can help. I'm unable to start a Windows 7 VM. The log is attached. I don't get anything in the screen.

The log says you got a Guru Meditation:

You probably have 3rd-party Antivirus that recently updated with a 'hardware Virtualization' feature which gets in the way of Virtualbox. Find it & turn it off, then your VMs should start running again.
