Please provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

But frankly, you should delete that VM and begin again. It is not generally a good idea to treat the DESKTOP as a VM container folder. Your username looks weird too, but I don't know if that's a problem for your Win7 host or not.

00:00:04.863331 !! VCPU0: Guru Meditation -4000 (VERR_VMX_VMXON_FAILED)
Something else is using VT-x. Since your host is Win7 the "something else" is most likely Avast or AVG Antivirus. That AV has an option to use hardware virtualization, and that option needs to be disabled.
I suggest that you also give the VM a second CPU core, and increase graphics RAM to 128MB.
And you still have the VM located on the desktop, which is a guaranteed fail, as soon as you get around to deleting that strange object on your desktop.

I'm not an AVG AV user, you'll have to look at the menus yourself.
What strange object?
The VM folder of course.
