I am also seeing CPU soft locks in a new Ubuntu 20.04 guest on a Windows 10 host with 6.1.32.

In addition to getting the crash log files in the guest OS, I've also had the VM just freeze on me. I included the VM log for when the VM froze when I tried to log-in to the VM on first startup.

Hyper-V is enabled, and you've got the 6.1.32 Hyper-V glitch:

Our forum guru 'fth0' has done some troubleshooting and pins down these possibilities to try (HCVI = Microsoft 'Memory Integrity'):
6.1.32 without Hyper-V
6.1.30 with Hyper-V but without HVCI
6.1.26 with Hyper-V and HVCI.
