PCMCIA Simatic NET MPI / Profibus

Hi all.
I'd need to let a Windows XP guest "see" the Windows 11 host's PCMCIA socket/card.
This is not a "usual" adapter: it is a SIEMENS Simatic NET MPI / Profibus Adapter.
Is there any way to do it?
I would not mind using an older version of VirtualBox.

Thanks in advance.

No, there's no way to let a VM see physical hardware.

And with a Linux host?

That discussion would be off topic in this forum.

And in any case it requires drivers and a lot of expertise and an obsolete version of VirtualBox, and an obsolete version of the PCI bus. There has never been a PCMCIA redirection feature.

If you want to see physical hardware you need dual boot, not a VM.

If you can find a USB/PCMCIA adapter that might work.
