RFT scripts can't run in VirtualBox VM

I found that RFT script can't run or be recorded in virtualbox VM when I setup RFT environment in it. As I guess, the capture of mouse and keyboard events failed in VirtualBox VM. As I know, RFT can run well in VMware environment. Is there any patch to fix this problem in VirtualBox? Thanks a lot!

I guess there aren't that many RFT users here. Certainly I've never used it - I had to search the web to find out what it was.
Perhaps as a first resort you should approach the tool vendor (IBM?), and ask them whether they would expect it to work inside a VM. It would depend entirely on how "high level" the (eg.) mouse event recording feature was.
I can imagine that you may well have problems if you installed guest additions inside the VM, as that includes special handling for the mouse.

Thanks a lot first!
I have tried nomatter if I installed Guest Addition or not, RFT can't work still, but it works in VMWare VM.
Well, I am trying to move the whole system into VMWare VM.
