Unable to import ova file into Oracle VirtualBox

Hi Everyone,
I've downloaded the App Gateway for Identity Cloud Service (version 21.3.1-6.0.0) file from IDCS and then extracted the .zip file with 7-zip and when I try to import the .ova file into Oracle VirtualBox I get the following message:
Result Code:
E_INVALIDARG (0x80070057)

I have plenty of free disk space on my Windows 10 machine and have tried other suggestions I found online, but nothing is working.
I've also tried it on another Windows Server machine using latest 6.1 version and had the same issue.

I was able to import the ova file downloaded from here:
oracle virtualization/technologies/vm/downloads/template-downloads

VirtualBox logs seem to indicate an issue with the file, see below. I even tried to open the .ova file with 7-zip and extract the .vmdk file, but 7-zip reports a data error on that file.

Turned out to be a bad download. Once I got a good download I was able to import the file.
