I'm facing hardening issue everytime I try to start the VM.

Please see Diagnosing VirtualBox Hardening Issues. There is a section on your log's error code c0000005.
Also try temporarily uninstalling all non-Microsoft security software and antivirus, letting Windows Defender run.
