I installed Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit on VirtualBox 6.1.3 today. After installing VirtualBox Guest Additions 5.1.3 on my operating system and rebooting, 0x3b blue screen occurred. I've tried restarting several times, but I didn't solve the problem.

Please provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
