Are you sure you mean import? Because if you got an error during import then the VM would not exist, and you couldn't have provided a log for it.
The log provided, I suspect, shows a hardening error caused by an unsigned Intel Graphics DLL. You might want to look for graphics driver updates. You can confirm that the error is graphics related by disabling 3D acceleration as a test.
Another thing is that the Guest Additions are way out of date (6.1.4). Please update these.
