Hello i have problem with VirtualBox on WIndows 11 host.
The problem is that installing a virtual machine from a Windows 10 64 bit ISO image takes a very long time despite the fact that the resources for the machine are sufficient (screenshot from the settings below) preparing files for installation goes extremely slowly 1% for about 20 minutes (last screenshot screen). I note that on Vmware Workstation does not have these problems.

Re: Problem on Windows 11
A zipped VM log is better than pictures, but at this point I'm willing to guess that your problem is that you have Hyper-v enabled, your classic symptoms have nothing to do with having a Win11 host.
See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).

No, but you do have Microsoft Defender Application Guard enabled. Anything with Application Guard in the name is a red flag to me - it usually means it is running in a protected environment (ie as a virtual process) and that means the Windows hypervisor is loaded. Did you check your log file for the telltale Attempting to fall back to NEM message?

The Windows Features dialog is mostly useless. The FAQ told you how to check for real.
