Hi,
Everytime I try to save a screenshot from my VMs, it saves a corrupted image like this:

- Corrupted screenshot
- Image 1.PNG (44.41 KiB) Viewed 1027 times

- Error oppening the image
- Image 2.PNG (5.57 KiB) Viewed 1027 times
Can't even open with Paint or another image software.
I'm using Windows 10 21H2 with lastest update and Virtual Box 6.1.32
Anyone have any idea?
Best Regards,
Rúben

Can you please attach one of those png's? Someone might be able to say what's up.

Yes of course, here it goes.
I can't upload the image itself because it says that it's empty, so I created a rar.

It's an empty file, zero length.
Exactly what are you doing to capture the screen shot? Please give steps you are doing so people can try the exact steps you are using.
What version of guest additions do you have installed?
What is the host and guest OS used? (One is W10 21H2, but it is not clear which one).

So, I open the VM normally and then I use the Host + E shortcut and click Enter to save the image in the default location with default name.
I tried in 2 environments, one is Windows 10 with guest editions in latest version and other is a VM with no SO at all, just created and started.
The outcome is the same in both scenarios, an empty/corrupted png image.
The W10 21H2 is my host.

Just tested on:
Host - W10 21H2 with VB 6.1.30
Guest -LM 20.3 guest GA 6.1.30
Used Host+E shortcut and PNG saved was fine.
Sorry I cannot run 6.1.32 due to Hyper-V issues on my PC that slow the guest down to an unusable speed.

I tested on another computer and it worked fine too, but I can’t see where the problem in my computer.
I already reinstalled VirtualBox, but didn't work.
Even tried to check the logs, but I didnt’t see any information that could mention that.
