6.1.26 did not start on Window 10 (Home)

6.1.32 did not start on Window 10 (Home).
This forum suggested I downgrade to 6.1.26.
I uninstalled 6.1.32 and rebooted my machine.
I then installed 6.1.26 but I'm still getting the same errors.

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine MWO.
Not in a hypervisor partition (HVP=0) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AV AIL ABLE).
VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).

Any ideas ?
