Re: Something Wrong after login
Please provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

Re: Something Wrong after login
You have Hyper-v running on the host, so you probably have a conflict there.
You might also like to try reverting to 6.1.30, as there has been a regression in 6.1.32: some of the changes introduced for Win11 compatibility seem to have made VirtualBox less willing to work behind Hyper-v's lead curtain. Try this if you don't want to disable Hyper-v, but frankly I think it'll be a long time before those two really get along.
See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).00:00:02.254121 HM: HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM: AMD-V is not available

00:00:02.284561 NEM: WHvCapabilityCodeHypervisorPresent is TRUE, so this might work...
