Ubuntu Guest will not install/start in Windows host

I'm running Windows 11 build 22543, Insider build. I have Virtualbox 6.1.32 installed. When I try to install Ubuntu 21.10 desktop, the Ubuntu logo comes up, and then I get a black screen. I have tried this a number of times, and every once in awhile it will get to the install or run screen, but not often. Hyper-V is not installed. Attached is the Virtualbox Log file for my VM.

Hyper-V actually is enabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active)
