VirtualBox behaving extremely slow while running Windows 10

Hello everybody !

My virtual machine began run extremly slow after uprade both the Win10 and VM VirtualBox application.

I had a "VirMach" virtual machine in vhd-file (dynamic expanding). It was created in Win10 Pro v.1909 and in Virtual Box v.5.1.34 as "static" but later I converted it to "dynamic expanding" type . Guest OS is Win7 Pro x64."GuestAdditions" were installed and everything worked Ok.

Recently I :
- upgraded my Win10 to v.21H2
- upgraded virtualbox from v.5.1.34 up to v.6.1.16

After that I created new "VirMach_NEW" virtual machine with the old vhd-file, then started it but it run very very slowly (may be about 30…40 times slower than normally).

I kept all possible settings in new VM like they were in old one.
I checked the "Session info" and found that old "GuestAdditions" v.5.1.34 was there.
Can it be a reason ?

Also there were the following settings :
System
RAM: 4096 Mb
Processors : 2
Acceleration : VT-x/AMD-V, Nested Paging, Paravirtualization Hyper-V

Display
Video Memory : 256 Mb
Graphic Controller : VBoxSVGA

What is wrong ?
And what to do ?

Thanx in advance.

Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.

Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
