Installing Mac OS X on Windows

I am using VirtualBox in Windows 11 and wants to install Mac OS X . Downloaded Mac OS X DMG File and then converted to (ISO.) format using anyburn software . But its failed to install on virtualbox and gives following error message. "Fatal error No bootable medium found in VirtualBox system halted."
Please help how to resolve the issue.
