vm 6.1.32 NEWER steps today

Uninstalled Vb 6.1.32 again, rebooted. Re installed VM, Installed Ext pack. Re created Vm Vm stops Log attached.

I think I see the issue, download is showing 6.1.30-148432 in both of my folders.
