I was attempting to delete an old snapshot to save disk space, but it hung for quite some time, so I closed out of the application and restarted, and it's still stuck deleting the snapshot. I can't start the VM or restore it. How can I fix this?

Sorry, I guess I just had to keep waiting. After about another 10 minutes it did finish. Apparently it had the background process running despite me killing the UI.

You were lucky to get away with that. Snapshots are huge traps for the unwary, in addition to being monstrous disk hogs.
