Hi,
Recently I turned on VBS (also known as Core isolation/Memory integrity) and noticed that VirtualBox stopped working. When trying to power on a VM I get the following error:
SUP_IOCTL_LDR_OPEN failed (VERR_LDR_GENERAL_FAILURE).
Failed to load VMMR0.r0 (VERR_LDR_GENERAL_FAILURE).
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: ConsoleWrap
Software version:
Win10 21H1
VirtualBox 6.1.30
So I wonder if VBox is compatible with VBS?
Network driver VBoxNetAdp6.sys isn't VBS aware but I guess it's only part of the issue.
TIA
VirtualBox and Virtualization based security

Re: VirtualBox and Virtualization based security
For now, Virtualbox and Memory Integrity don't get along. The devs are working on it.
Re: VirtualBox and Virtualization based security
6.1.26 is the last version that is working with this feature enabled, but it does not support Microsoft Windows 11 guests.
