Cnt attach USB, I have externsions, guest extensions, group setup

I went through this guide https://appuals.com/virtualbox-failed-to-attach-usb/ and this one https://appuals.com/how-to-access-usb-f ... irtualbox/.

I have the following setup
Oracle VirtualBox VM Extension Pack
Ubuntu Guest Extensions
User/group

I get error
Failed to attach USB Datatraveler 100 G3/G4/SE9 G2 (1001)

In the guides above it had a registry hack but the item it said to delete did not exist but I did reinstall the UB drivers.

I have deleted log files before running and saved them after shutting down vm but they are the way too big to post here they are linked to below.
