Window Machine Setting Acceleration Grey

I have this problem where settings are grey out and wont save due to my pc not support virtual acceleration. Well, I found videos on how to fix it and everything, but for some reason I think I'm missing an option or maybe I got some weird bug? I've tried many different options of turning them off and nothing works. I can't find too many videos on this matter. So, I broke down to make an account and come to the forums.
For a little more information:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine windows 10.
Not in a hypervisor partition (HVP=0) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).
VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).
