i have 3 public ip address(ex : 82.110.100.1, 82.110.100.2, 82.110.100.3, ).

i want make 2 guest and assign public ip to each :
1 Guest1 (windows) to 82.110.100.2
1 Guest2 (windows) to 82.110.100.3

i need connect throught Inet to 82.110.100.2(Guest1) and to 82.110.100.3(Guest2)

I'm assuming your doing this on a windows host.

For what you described you need to use a bridge with 2 HIF devices and your LAN device (bridges do not work correctly via wireless)

You'll give your bridge device (not your LAN device) one of the addresses, then the NIC IN the GUESTS the other 2 addresses.
