vboxservice.exe is linked dynamically to libc, but Oracle ships the DLLs (libc06*.dll) together with the Guest Additions. So I am waiting for Oracle to release a new version of the Guest Additions including a fixed version of libc once it gets available.

I'd suggest to create a ticket in the Bugtracker then.
