Is it possible to setup a VM that acts as a Windows Deployment Server? I have DHCP working but after installing WDS and configuring properly, clients do not receive the message when doing a PXE boot.

What network settings do you use? You have to use HIF setup with a bridge in order to make the clients aware of the existence of the machine. There should be no firewall on the Host too, as it could interfere with the PXE requests.

Yeah I have the host interface setup and working. No problems getting to other machines on the network and the internet works fine. Firewall is turned off. I can't figure out why this isn't working. I probably don't have it setup with Server 2008 properly or something. DHCP works fine so the network PCs are aware.

Perhaps PXE commands gets dropped by the bridge. Who knows. Did you Google on the issue ("VM supplies PXE" or something similar)?
