macOS VM Stuck at #[EB|LOG:EXITBS:START]

I am trying to install Big Sur on my R5 3600 machine (B550-A Pro Mobo). I use the commands here (MOD EDIT: hackintosh link removed) and I've also set the CPU ID to an i7 6700k but it always gets stuck at #[EB|LOG:EXITBS:START] no matter how many times I retry.
