First, your problem isn't in deleting it: it already doesn't exist. The error is "path not found", so either the drive or folder name changed or was deleted.

Snapshots should be deleted from the panel of the VM that manages it.

If you close down and restart the manager and it still shows that snapshot as existing, then some currently registered VM is still referencing that snapshot.
