Any other ideas for this?
I second this problem

I have the same problem as the original poster. I can not get more than one VM to access the internet at a time.
There are some things that seem to me to be not too well defined however.
My config
windows 2003 Server in Data center
5 Dedicated IPs
Bridging to multiple virtual NICs from 1 REAL NIC
2 virtual centOS machines
each virtual Machine has dedicated IP
DO I enter ALL IPs on the physical Bridge interface?
When I did this I did not consistently receive an error, however I did one time and it was clearly about an IP conflict, so I removed all but one IP on the bridge. The 2 Virtual NICs each then have access to an IP in the same subnet that is NOT defined on the Host physical NIC
I have seen one or the other work, but NEVER have both worked at the same time, in fact the host machine often shows the media as disconnected, and often shows the wrong virtual machine as disconnected as described below.
AT this moment, the Windows host machine shows that one network cable is unplugged and that is the Virtual machine that is working. The Virtual machine that shows the cable as connected has no internet access whatsoever.
I think because of the above symptom this almost surely relates to the way that WIndows identifies the Virtual NIC vs How the program (virtualbox) identifies the virtual NIC

UPDATE
When I enter all three IPs in the bridge interface, the two virtual machines show as cable connected, however NEITHER has access to the internet. So this may well boil down to some special configurati0on of the bridge that I am not understanding. Do I enter all IPs in the bridge?
I will also say this is NOT a DNS issue, I am pinging IP addresses to determine access to the internet

Here is what worked for me in WIndows 2003 Server
As they say , if ya want something done ya gotta do it yaself
Your mileage may vary
I will not say that all of this is necessary, however with these options in place windows now shows connected when connected, and Virtual Machines BOTH have access to internet
1) Use one of the Intel NIC (desktop or server) interface options on the virtual Machine
2) In the Virtual interface "Show Icon in Notification Area When Connected"
3) In the Network bridge assign only ONE IP address that will not be used on the virtual machines. In my case it was the same Subnet and Gateway.
4) On the virtual machines assign IPs that are NOT on the Host machine interface
Test your config by pinging to an IP , NOT a Name, This rules out DNS issues
