Server 2008 DHCP not working

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm trying to run DHCP server from Server 2008. I can do it fine with Server 2003 but Server 2008 will not work. Any help appreciated!

We are going to need a lot more information than that

Host machine?
Virtual machine?

Network setup?

Version of virtualbox

Right that is kind of ridiculous on my part...

Host machine:
Vista Ultimate x64
4GB Ram
Q6600 Quad Core CPU

Virtual Machine:
Server 2008 Enterprise
1GB Ram Allocated
NIC in Host Interface mode directly talking ot my local network

Network setup is 1 Dlink Router with 4 port switch

VirtualBox Version 2.0.2_AQ
