Critical error while starting up machine

I get this error message everytime i try to launch up a machine

You see where the error text tells you about a log file that you need to provide? Guess what, you need to provide that (zipped and attached here locally please).

You have Hyper-v enabled. Please read HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).

You should also assign 2 CPU cores to the VM, and increase graphics RAM to 128MB. Perhaps enable 3D acceleration too (despite the name, this increases graphics performance in general), but not right away.
