my host machine is mac os and my guest machine is winxp pro(x64) I found i can't install the virtualbox direct 3D support even on safe mode
! Though i had a 256 mb's video memory and had enabled the 3D acceleration.Can anybody helps me? Thanks a lot!

Virtualbox 6.1.x series removed 3D acceleration support for anything earlier than Windows 7. You'll have to run 6.0.x to have 3D in XP.
