Hardening Error 5673 VERR_SUP_VP_NT_QI_VIRTUAL_MEMORY_ERROR

I can not launch any VM instance in my laptop
Version: 6.1.18 r142142
and I also tried for a lot of other versions, all of them failed in my laptop to launch a intance
Please help
The virtual machine 'ubuntu' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code -1073741819 (0xc0000005).

Provide complete logs as zipped attachments, don't just hose text all over the forum.

You have third party AV installed, and you have a common error 0xC0000005. These are discussed in the existing FAQ:
Diagnosing VirtualBox Hardening Issues.
You should also update VirtualBox: 6.0.14 is rather old, you are missing all the fixes since then and now.

I have upgrade to latest version
use Run As admin to install it
graphic dirver is also latest, and shutdown system. I attached new log, please see if there is another problem

I uninstalled symentec, it works for me

Glad you were able to press on and find a work-around! Your second log still showed the same exit code.
It may be possible to set exceptions in Symantec to stay away from anything related to Virtualbox if you must run with Symantec. However, Windows' native Defender AV & firewall protects well too and doesn't interfere with Virtualbox.
