I need help with something, I cannot get anything to work in Oracle VM Virtualbox.

When trying to install windows guest it installs but is unable to boot with messages Kernell security check error or Kernell security unhandlex exception and etc.

When trying to install Linux guest it just gets stuck after pressing install.

I have tried to install 64-bit and 32- bit guest, didn't work.

I also have noticed that when installing windows 64-bit istalation process is a lot slower than 32-bit

My pc:
I5-10600KF
1660 super
16gb ram
Windows 10 pro
Intel virtualization is enabled in bios and hyper-v is disabled

Would gladly accept any help

Provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

As I thought, Hyper-v is not disabled.
