A pretty common problem. Your log contains this line.

Re: VM stuck on windows 7 logo
okay thanks for answer!! I followed these steps:
- Turned off two applications in "Windows Features" associated with Hyper-v (Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform). The feature "Hyper-v" in that list has disappeared, but I remember that it had already appeared months ago...
- Not found the option "EnableVirtualizationBasedSecurity" of "DeviceGuard or CredentialGuard" in windows registry.
- Windows Defender > Device Security > Core Isolation Details is turned off
- Opened cmd (run as administrator) and perform "bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off" and "DISM /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V"
- fresh shut off and reboot after minutes, but still getting "green turtle" icon and stuck on windows with the hyper-v error

How did you do this part:
Is this computer in a corporate IT environment? Could the IT overlords be enforcing group policy, etc, that can be re-enabling Hyper-V?SheldonAlex wrote:fresh shut off and reboot

Re: VM stuck on windows 7 logo
OK, good, did you actually run the "shutdown -s -t 2" command? Windows has a default difference between just "shutting down" and using the command.

Re: VM stuck on windows 7 logo
Great!
The difference is Windows Fast Start: it keeps some stuff through normal Start Menu shut-downs to allow the PC to start faster. But it keeps some stuff that can interfere with major configuration commands. The command-line 'shutdown' command dumps Fast Start data and causes a fresh look at the startup process.
Glad you're up and running!
