I want to install “NDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU” NET FRAMEWORK on my Win 7 X64(VM ).
But its gives following error message “ the specified does not exist , check the path and then try again.

What part of the message do you not understand?
The message tells you that the file does not exist. I'll bet it says "does not exist", not "does not exit". Are you sure that you typed it correctly?

If Z: is a VirtualBox shared folder, copy the installation file locally to your guest first.
VirtualBox shared folders are not designed to support many of features required by programs to run directly from there.
