If I now use Kali Linux in VirtualBox, the screen always starts freezed with the dragon and the blue loading screen. I tried to read the logs but I can't get any further.

Hyper-V is enabled and needs to be disabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).
