I have installed Win 7 in virtual box , host win 10 but Shared folders not visible in win 7 guest.

If the shared folders were made in the Virtualbox VM's Shared Folders settings, then you need Guest Additions installed in the VM. See section 4 in the manual.

If the shared folders are real shared folders shared by the host OS, then you need a Bridged or Host-Only network between the host and the VM.
