SAS University Edition doesn't start

Hi,

as i wrote in the heading, I tried to install SAS University Edition in my VirtualBox, but the VM doesn't boot.
I hope the log can help you figure out what is going wrong. I enabled virtualization in the BIOS and disabled Hyper-V but I still get the message: A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped.

I'm looking forward to your help asap.

Seems Hyper-V is still enabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).
