Windows XP Won't Load With VB 6.1.18 Upgrade

Hello,

I installed VB 6.1.18 over VB 6.0.24 and now Windows XP won't load. See attachment for error details.

Any help would be appreciated.

See FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.
