Please first read the User Manual and the FAQ.

There are Hints for USB (Tpoic "USBFS") and what requirements you have for a 64 Bit Guest.

Ok are some minutes on google I found the answer for the usb thing.

Now. I am still at a loss about the 64 bit guest on 64 bit host
I have the 64 bit host and guest and an intel quad with vt.

The FAQ and Manual dont go into much else to help.

nevermind after doing some more google, some wikipedia, a visit to intel and exploring the reaches of the manual. I found the little VT-x tick mark in the settings menu. Now everthing works fine.

Whew!
