Hi Friends,
I want a network connetion between Host and guest OS.
My Host is Windows Vista and Guest is WindowsXP.
I am getting a IP in Windows XP.
But my host system ethernet is not enable because its not connected with real network.
How can i connect (remote desktop/ping) my guest pc.
do i need to install some virtual network software??
Please suggest..
Abhishek

Please use the search next time, this has been asked numerous times. You need a Host Interface. Set an IP on both ends properly and enjoy. Read the manual to see how to set up HIF. No need for a bridge, the VM won't go outside the Host.
