Sounds like a good idea. "802.11ac" indicates Wi-Fi. It appears you were Bridging to the wrong network adapter.

Thank you ! Now Virtual XP is back in the network.
The problem is that it is asking for a password but there's no password in my XP

Great! that's good news you can see the XP again.
Often password-less file sharing is disabled. Web-search how to fix this one, it is not caused by Virtualbox.

I've set a password on XP but it didn't work. The system did not like it. I've had the same problem with my wife's PC (windows 8.1) and resolved by setting a password on her PC. But this didn't work with Virtual XP. Gosh.........

Resolved.
I had to re-share the folder again. I don't know why but the folder lost file sharing. Thank you to all of you for your help. Best regards from Italy
