Trying to create an ubuntu vm and its hanging

Like the subject says, I am on a windows host (windows 10 pro) using VirtualBox 6.1. I am trying to create an ubuntu (lubuntu 20.10) vm. It seems the live cd just find but seems to hang after the grub screen. Showing just a blinking cursor and sits there until I close the window. Settings are pretty standard. Never had this problem on a linux host so I'm not terribly sure how to fix this; googling around doesnt seem to help because its like this shows up with very little rhyme or reason. If anyone has any thoughts, let me know. I am attaching log files.

Hyper-V is enabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).
