[Solved] Help, any virtual guest is not working

Hi,
So I am new to the whole Virtual machine thing. We got an Assignment in University to install oracle virtual box and get a win10 and ubuntu on it, however neither is working on my virtual machine.
I do have it enabled in BIOS, I did allocate it more Memory, RAM, VRAM, you name it... Nothing works, it starts up, I choose ISO and the installation starts (for Win10 OS at least ) however after it finishes on Win10 I get
an error ( 0xc0000001 ) and on Ubuntu I simply get a black screen with the white " _ " blinking. Everything I found on the web had as a fix to this the " enable in BIOS " , but I even checked it is enabled...
I included a log from ubuntu if it's any help.
Thank you.

I would give the VM a second CPU core, and increase graphics RAM to 128MB. Maybe try a different Ubuntu ISO download, or at least compare the MD5 checksum on the one you downloaded.

(mod edit - merged the following two posts to the previous supposedly 'ignored' topic)
I posted here before, but the post was promptly ignored, so I am gonna ask again. I really need to solve this, as it's an university assignment and I have been trying to fix this for days without any success...
I need to run Win10 and Ubuntu on the virtual machine but both don't install, I do everything as I am supposed to, I pick ISO to install it from and on Windows the usual install options are given and the installation goes on without a problem,
until it's done, then it spirals into error -> restart -> error -> restart. The error it gives at the end is something like 0xc000001.
On Ubuntu it's pretty much the same thing, except it won't get even that far, when I boot it up, the classic purplish background comes up and if I press something the install options come on, but if I try to install it ( normally or safe graphics )
it causes it to stop on a black screen with a blinking underscore. I added the log from Ubuntu as it doesn't take so long to install it like windows does.
I tried increasing all the things, Ram , Vram, Disk space, number of CPU , I do have Intel virtualisation technology enabled in BIOS and I have no idea what can be wrong here... Please Anyone help

File was too big, so here's an upload of it in 2 separates
(mod edit - zipped logs fit. also the new log shows the previous log's problem)

Users of free Virtualbox are entitled to zero (0) support. And your post wasn't ignored, Mpack did post on it. But sometimes in the onslaught of free Virtualbox users asking nicely for help, some topics fall off the radar.
Your log shows that Hyper-V is enabled. It's interfering and wants disabling. See
HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).

I am sorry if I came off as rude, really not my intention. I know that I am not entitled to anything, it's simply me being desperate, as I said it's university assignment and I came to my proffesor about the issue first and was simply told it's " my problem " and I didn't solve it I wouldn't be able to continue the class, so I was scared of this eventuality and this was my last possible place where I could get help, so once again sorry.
