Windows server 2019 error while starting vm

Hello,

I have an error when i start my Windows server 2019.

Win 10 Education
VM - 2048MB RAM
- 4 cores

VBox Version: VirtualBox+Oracle ExtPack
Guest OSses: Mostly XP

Hyper-v is enabled and should be disabled. See the last post in FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.

I have also seen comments that there is some problem with the VirtualBox Win Server 2019 template and that you should choose the 2016 template instead. I don't know what that problem is or how (or if) it was verified, but it's probably worth trying this after the Hyper-v thing.
