Increase *.vdi size

Post by Ham13 »

Hello,

I'm running VB 6.1.16 on Windows 10. The guest OS on the VM is Linux Mint 20. The vdi size is 30 GB allocated dynamically. The guest reports low disk space. When I check it I have over 90% disk space used. I have only installed Mint and four apps and I have not finished installing apps. Would like to at least double the vdi size as I have other apps I would like to install on the VM. THe HDD in the Windows PC has ample space for the vdi to increase capacity. What is the best way to do this?

Thanks

How to Resize a Drive

Also consider Mpack's CloneVDI.
