Hi,
I closed the VM accidentally and now its showing in accessible and while right click on the VM only "Remove, Refresh and Sort" Options are coming. This VM is really important for me and I can not find any snapshot under the VM folder. I have no clue how to restore it and any solution would be highly appreciated
Regards
Sandeep

Re: VM In accessible
Hi,
Issue has been solved by myself after a few try as follows
1.from the virtual box manager "File" menu selected the Virtual media manager
2.from the Virtual media manager selected the VM (which is not working) and clicked on optical drive
3.selected the guest addition iso media and moved to another folder as backup
4.from the Virtualbox UI right clicked on the VM and mounted the ISO file again and also the VDI file
bingo all works fine now

Re: VM In accessible
Great that you kept up the hunt and got things running again!
It appears that you had the Guest Additions CD mounted when you took a snapshot in the VM. Then you may have tried to mount the GAs ISO again.
