Recently, several Microsoft updates/patches/service packs were applied to my Windows 10 workstation. All of my guest VMs work properly and the graphics, fonts, etc. for the guest VMs are correct. But, the fonts for the Host VM frame (window) are huge.
The fonts and graphics with the VM are good and have not changed
The fonts and graphics for the Virtualbox Control Panel are good and have not changed
But the fonts for the "shell" of each VM (all of them) are Huge.
Here are some examples ...
I have searched for a solution without success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Right-click the Virtualbox.exe icon, check Properties, Compatibility tab, Change HiDPI settings, see if anything is set or experiment.

I don't have a HiDPI monitor, I can't suggest what to do. Check boxes, see what happens.
