Virtual Box hardening problem, Exit Code 0x1

I searched and tried various methods for hours but none of them worked. Things I tried include:

1. Disabling windows features listed in the "Diagnosing VirtualBox Hardening Issues", such as Hyper-v, windows subsystem for linux
2. Uninstall and reinstall about 10 times, with versions 6.1.16-14096-win, 6.1.18, and 6.0.24. I also ran the installing program in administrator mode.
3. I never install any anti-virus software, but I did turn off the windows firewall
4. running "sfc /scannow"

None of the above actions worked.

Some details that might help:
1. For twice the error did not pop up as I tried "vagrant up" my vm. And I did enter the vm by "vagrant ssh". However I was not able to halt the machine properly by "vagrant halt".
After I reboot the computer the error just came again. (Giving your hope then cut it down, sigh)

I understand that this is hard to debug, but this forum is perhaps my last hope. Posts from "mpack" and "scottgus1" are inspiring :)
Zipped VBoxHardening log is attached. Appreciation for anyone paying attention to this post!

We don't support Vagrant installations here, only the Oracle official installs can be discussed. You need to go to the Vagrant forums for support.

If you can disable/not use Vagrant, set up and run a VM in Virtualbox only, and have the same trouble, then we might be able to help. Try running a VM sans Vagrant and see what happens.

Other 'security' software, like web-safe-browsing filters, Trusteer Rapport, HP ProtectTools, such stuff, can interfere too. Look for anything non-Windows that tries to be your nanny.
